11 Best Istanbul Hotels with Beautiful Bosphorus View
Istanbul is one of my favourite cities because it’s a perfect combination of western and eastern worlds. The only city that spans across 2 continents, Europe and Asia, Istanbul is a place I could go back to yearly. One of the best things to do in Istanbul is to stay in a hotel with the view, either of a famous landmark or with the Bosphorus. In this blog post we will focus on the 11 best Istanbul hotels with beautiful Bosphorus view.
The hotels on this list range from affordable to luxury. They are mostly located in the historical centre like Fatih and Sultanahmet, or in the closeby neighbourhoods surrounding it, like Karakoy and Galata.

⚠️ Before we go into recommendations, I just want to emphasise that not all rooms in these hotels have the view of the Bosphorus, so if you’re specifically looking for a room that has it, make sure to read the rooms descriptions before booking. However, they all have a common area with the view.
Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul
Hotel Arcadia Blue Istanbul is a great choice for hotels with the Bosphorus view.
Firstly, it’s affordable, so it won’t break your bank to stay there. The hotel’s location is also amazing as it’s very close to the Blue Mosque, which means you get to enjoy the views of the mosque and Hagia Sophia.
Beside the rooftop terrace with the city views, there are also rooms with the Bosphorus view.

Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul
Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus is one of the best luxury 5-star hotels to book with the Bosphorus view.
While it’s located a bit further away from the city centre, if you’re looking for a more peaceful and local neighbourhood, then you won’t mind it. Especially not as it comes with the gorgeous Bosphorus view and the restaurant next to the water, So the beautiful views are guaranteed here.
Do note that this is one of the most expensive hotels on this list, but if you’re into luxury experiences and tend to stay in places like this, then I wouldn’t think twice.

Adahan DeCamondo Pera, Autograph Collection
Contrary to Mandarin, Adahan DeCamondo Pera is an affordable 5-star luxury hotel.
It’s located in the Galata district, with only a 5-minute walk to Galata Tower, so it makes it perfect for sightseeing.
While there are no rooms that come with the direct Bosphorus view, there is a rooftop terrace from where you can enjoy the views.

Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus
Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus is in the same neighbourhood as Mandarin Oriental, but much closer to the city centre, which is what I prefer. Dolmabahce Palace is only about 20 min by foot.
While Four Seasons is also on the more pricey side, it is also a bit cheaper than Mandarin, so if you’re looking for a better balance of luxury and cost, then this is the great choice for you.
If you stay there, you’d be able to enjoy their outdoor pool area with panoramic views of Istanbul. Additionally, there are also rooms and suites with the Bosphorus view.
⭐️ 5 Star ❤️ 9.1 Superb💰£711+ per night ✅ Book it
Gezi Hotel Bosphorus
Gezi Hotel Bosphorus is a beautiful 5-star hotel in the Taksim Square area, so in the bustling city centre.
What is great about it though is that it’s a pretty affordable stay for a luxury hotel! I definitely recommend booking their rooms or suites with the Bosphorus view as they’re not expensive, but the views are really amazing.
Their Sky Suite is the best choice as it’s on the top floor of the building and has a terrace where you can sit and enjoy the views. It’s a truly beautiful location to stay.

The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul at the Bosphorus
The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul at the Bosphorus is recognised as the top hotel in Turkey by CNTraveller Readers multiple times already, so you know it’s a great hotel to stay.
Additionally, it costs a fraction of price compared to Mandarin and Four Seasons, which is why if you’re looking for a luxury stay that is slightly more affordable, then I would go with The Ritz.
The location is also good as it’s only about a 12 minute walk from Dolmabahce Palace.
But the best part is the infinity pool overlooking the Bosphorus.
⭐️ 5 Star ❤️ 8.9 Fabulous💰£276+ per night ✅ Book it
The Stay Bosphorus
The Stay Bosphorus is a beautiful hotel in a restored 19th century building, close to Büyük Mecidiye Mosque.
There are rooms and suites with balconies, overlooking the Bosphorus, Büyük Mecidiye Mosque and the iconic Bosphorus Bridge.
Even though it’s a bit further away, in the Ortakoy area, some main attractions, like Dolmabahce Palace are still a walking distance from the hotel.
In terms of the price range, it falls under what I love to call affordable luxury.

Doruk Palas Hotel
Doruk Palas Hotel is not only one of the cheapest hotels on this list, but also one of the best rated too!
It’s located in Galata, so the location is amazing and perfect for sightseeing. They have rooms with beautiful views of Bosphorus and Golden Horn.
But, what also makes them quite a unique and lovely place is that they have 2 cats who roam around the property and can even come to your room. If you’re a cat-lover like me, then this is such a winner and you should book this place immediately.

Shangri-La Bosphorus
Shangri-La Bosphorus is a beautiful luxury 5-star hotel only about a 10 minute walk from Dolmabahce Palace.
It actually quite reminds of the palace, so if you’d love to have a glimpse of the Ottoman royalty life, then this is a great choice to have this sultan-like experience.
They have an amazing indoor swimming pool with the Bosphorus view, so even if you’re visiting in winter, you can still use it.
Additionally, there are beautiful rooms and suites you can book for the views to enjoy them privately, and some even come with a terrace.
Similarly to Ritz, it is cheaper than the Mandarin of Four Seasons, so it’s another great option if you’d love to spend some money on your stay, but not the fortune.
⭐️ 5 Star ❤️ 9.0 Superb💰£356+ per night ✅ Book it
Hotel Poem
Hotel Poem is a beautiful affordable hotel in Sultanahmet, so it means you’re staying in the heart of Istanbul, which is my favourite and preferred area to stay.
Basically, you’re a short walking distance from Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace.
But what I especially love about this hotel is how affordable it is, so I definitely recommend you to book a Penthouse Room with Terrace and Sea View, as even this is cheaper than standard rooms with no views nor terraces in all the other hotels on the list!
Hotel Poem definitely offers a great value for price.
⭐️ N/A ❤️ 9.5 Exceptional💰£104+ per night ✅ Book it

Hotel Nena
Hotel Nena is another great budget-friendly hotel on the list, also located in Sultanahmet.
It not only has amazing views of Bosphorus, but of the Blue Mosque as well, especially if you book a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View which is so affordable btw!
I’m sure you wouldn’t regret your stay there because it has such an amazing value for price.
⭐️ 3 Star ❤️ 9.2 Superb💰£69+ per night ✅ Book it
