Top 11 London Hotels with the Best Views (All Budgets!)
London surely doesn’t lack good views! You can enjoy a lot of them for free (Horizon 22 & Skygarden), go to some paid viewing attractions (The Shard & The London Eye), you can enjoy them from the street or from nice restaurants and bars (Ting Shard). But you can also stay in a hotel with panoramic views of famous landmarks (Big Ben, Tower Bridge, London Eye). What’s great is that there are hotels with great views for any budget. Which is exactly what I am about to share with you in this blog post. As a local who’s been living here since 2018, I’ve compiled a list of top 11 London hotels with the best views – from luxury to budget-friendly ones! 🤩

⚠️ Before we go into recommendations, I just want to emphasise that not all rooms in these hotels have the views of London landmarks, so if you’re specifically looking for a room that has it, make sure to read the rooms descriptions before booking.
Short on time? Here are my top recommendations:
- Best Views: Shangri-La The Shard
- Most Famous: The Savoy
- Best Value for Price: Park Plaza County Hall London
- Most Affordable: Park Plaza London Riverbank
- My Choice: Cheval Three Quays
Shangri-La The Shard, London
I just have to start the list of London hotels with the best views with Shangri-La The Shard! No other hotel will offer you the ultimate panoramic views of London from every corner, including your room!
The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows which means you’d be greeted with stunning views during your whole stay. I can’t imagine a better place for sipping your morning coffee or drinking wine in the evening.
Plus, there’s an indoor infinity pool with, guess what, THE VIEWS! 😍
Staying at Shangri-La The Shard is the ultimate luxury experience in London. My tip: don’t miss their Ting Restaurant which is perfect if you’re celebrating some important event in your life (me and my husband celebrated our anniversary there). ❤️

Cheval Three Quays at The Tower of London
Cheval Three Quays is a perfect choice for a home-like feel in the heart of London.
This hotel features spacious apartments with amazing views of Tower Bridge that you can admire from the comfort of your living room. It’s the perfect mix of luxury and practicality, making it a great choice for both short and long stays.
The views are amazing from their floor-to-ceiling windows, but unlike Shangri-La, you are on the lower grounds. If you’re afraid of heights, this is a great alternative option.
⭐️ 5 star ❤️ 9.4 Superb💰£545+ per night ✅ Book it

London Marriott Hotel County Hall
Moving on to the other side of central London and you’d find London Marriott Hotel County Hall.
If you’ve always connoted London with London Eye, then this hotel is the right choice for you. But also, because it is located on the South Bank, it offers the views of Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament too! 😍
The location is really awesome, which makes it perfect for sightseeing.
⭐️ 5 star ❤️ 8.4 Very Good 💰£395+ per night ✅ Book it
The Savoy
The Savoy is a 5 star luxury hotel in the centre of London. It’s been a famous place since the 19th century. Elizabeth Taylor and The Beatles are just some of the famous people who chose to stay there. It is no surprise that Taylor Swift also loves to stay there when she’s in London.
The view of the London Eye is amazing from here! 😍
P. S. Afternoon tea at The Savoy is a must-do London experience!

Sea Containers London
Sea Containers London is a budget-friendly option located on the banks of the Thames River. If you’re into something like that, this is definitely a great choice!
It’s a few minutes walk to Tower Bridge, Tate Modern and Shakespeare’s Globe, which makes it a great location for sightseeing this side of London on foot!
It offers amazing views of St Paul’s Cathedral both from some rooms and the bar.

Novotel London Canary Wharf
Canary Wharf is a financial and residential part of London, which I like to call London Manhattan (for the obvious reasons).
Because most buildings there are skyscrapers, great panoramic views are guaranteed at Novotel London Canary Wharf.
Canary Wharf is well-connected with main attractions of London, especially with the newly opened Elizabeth Line. What’s even better is that this hotel is a very budget-friendly choice for London!
⭐️ 4 star ❤️ 8.4 Very Good 💰£194+ per night ✅ Book it
Park Plaza County Hall London
Park Plaza County Hall London is a gorgeous hotel with stunning views of London Eye.
As opposed to some other hotels on this list that offer London Eye views, Park Plaza is actually a budget-friendly option, so definitely worth looking into! 🤩
⭐️ 4 star ❤️ 8.6 Fabulous 💰£249+ per night ✅ Book it
Treehouse Hotel
Treehouse Hotel is such a beautiful hotel right at Oxford Street.
It has really good views of West Central London, especially from its Mexican restaurant, which is btw, AMAZING! Even if you’re not staying here, I definitely recommend you to check out the restaurant.

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is a great choice for multiple reasons.
Firstly, it offers amazing views of both Big Ben and London Eye. To top it off, it is also a very budget-friendly option!
⭐️ 4 star ❤️ 8.3 Very Good 💰£251+ per night ✅ Book it
Park Plaza London Riverbank
You’ve probably noticed that I included several Park Plazas on this list, and well, for a good reason! They are budget-friendly choices that offer really nice views of London.
Park Plaza London Riverbank is just like the name says, offering beautiful views of the London riverside and Big Ben. It is also the least expensive hotel on this list, so staying here is a bargain really for what you get for the price!
⭐️ 4 star ❤️ 8.1 Very Good 💰£152+ per night ✅ Book it
Corinthia London
Corinthia London is a 5 star luxury hotel in a 19th century building.
It has stunning views of the London riverside. Specifically the view of London Eye is gorgeous with distant Shard in the background.
⭐️ 5 star ❤️ 9.3 Superb 💰£835+ per night ✅ Book it
