It has 2 outdoor swimming pools with beautiful views, it’s surrounded by the pine forest and is a couple of minutes walk from Hawaii Beach, which is often considered the most beautiful beach in Istria.

What’s great is that some rooms come with a private hot tub on the balcony. Plus, the hotel is on the more affordable side, even in the peak season!

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection is a gorgeous 5 star luxury hotel with beautiful panoramic views of Rovinj, which you can also enjoy from its infinity pool.

Beside the infinity pool, there are two other pools, including an indoor one. Also, it’s at the beachfront too.

It’s one of the best places to stay in Istria!

Kempinski Hotel Adriatic Istria Croatia is one of the best luxury hotels in Istria.

Beside the outdoor swimming pool that every guest can use, there are also suites with private hot tubs and villas with private swimming pools.

While the standard rooms are affordable, especially in the low season, if the budget allows, I’d definitely go with the villa that has the private pool for the ultimate experience.

The hotel is also at the beachfront, so you can easily swim in the sea too.

Grand Hotel Brioni Pula, A Radisson Collection Hotel is located on the island of Veliki Brijun, a national park of Croatia.

Firstly, Brijuni is not to be missed when in Istria! Secondly, staying there is like you ended up in paradise. You’d be surrounded by nature, there’s a safari park, 3 public beaches, ancient and medieval ruins and many exotic plants and animals.

I’d definitely recommend staying there at least for a night, possibly more!
